Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and usually arrive in 3–5 working days. Remote areas can take up to 7 days.

Delivery is charged per order and shown at checkout before you confirm, so nothing is a surprise at the door. We keep it as low as we can — a good price stops being a good price once shipping is added.

You get an SMS with your tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched. You can also follow it from Orders in your account at any time.

Every seller gives us their CNIC, their business details and the bank account we pay them into, and our team checks all of it before their store carries the verified badge. Paying only on delivery means you are never out of pocket either way.

Cash on delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa, debit and credit cards, and direct bank transfer. Card payments are processed on a secure gateway — we never store your card details.

With cash on delivery you hand the money to the rider when the parcel arrives, and not a rupee before. If you choose card, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer instead, payment is taken when you place the order.

You have seven days from delivery to send an item back — wrong size, wrong colour, or simply not what you expected. No restocking fees and no argument.

Get in touch within seven days of delivery and we will arrange the return or a replacement. Keep the packaging if you can — it helps us settle it with the courier.

Open an account, complete three short steps — contact details, what you sell, then your CNIC and payout account — and your store is live. Listing is free, you get your own store page, and earnings are paid out weekly.

Nothing to join and nothing to list. We take a commission that is agreed per category, and returned or undelivered orders are not charged commission at all.
