These terms govern your use of khareedoo.pk and any order you place with Khareedo. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price or description was listed in error, or we cannot verify the delivery address or phone number.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm.
We accept cash on delivery, and bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa transfer. For transfers, your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed. For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready for the rider.
Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours and delivered in 3 to 5 working days nationwide. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, public holidays and courier delays. Risk passes to you on delivery.
If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt redelivery. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned and cancelled.
Returns and refunds
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition and in their original packaging, with the invoice included.
For hygiene and safety reasons the following cannot be returned unless faulty: cosmetics, skincare and personal-care items once opened, innerwear, pierced jewellery, and edible goods.
To start a return, contact us at info@khareedoo.pk or 0311 0963495 with your order number and a photo of the item. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, or by bank or wallet transfer for cash-on-delivery orders, within 7 to 10 working days of us receiving the item. Delivery charges are refunded only where the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and measurements may differ marginally between production batches. Small variations of this kind are not defects.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for anything unlawful, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy or resell our content without permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
