This policy explains what Khareedo collects when you browse or order from khareedoo.pk, why we collect it, and what choices you have. If anything here is unclear, contact us at info@khareedoo.pk.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, delivery address, phone number and email, so we can pack, ship and confirm your order.
- Account details — if you register, we store your login and order history so you can track past purchases.
- Payment information — for cash on delivery we store no payment details at all. For bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa transfers we only see the reference or receipt you send us; we never see your PIN, OTP or full card number.
- Technical data — your IP address, browser and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and to fix problems.
- Cookies — small files that remember your cart, your login and your preferences. Blocking them in your browser will stop the cart from working.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, handle returns and refunds, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and — only if you have asked for it — send offers. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the parties who need it to complete your order: the courier delivering your parcel, the seller fulfilling the item, and our payment or hosting providers. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@khareedoo.pk and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account does not remove order records we are legally required to keep.
Security
We protect your data with reasonable technical and organisational measures. No website can promise perfect security, so please use a strong password and do not share your account.
Children
This store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
